To All Institutional Heads If it is found that training institutes with the intention of attracting students are offering inducements not included under the said schemessuch as providing cash tablets offering financial benefits granting various concessions during the training period or similar incentivesor are publishing misleading advertisements on social media by using the names of government institutions and official logos thereby misleading students then through this notice all training institutes are hereby directed that any dissemination of information in violation of the schemes procedures or offering of inducements in any form shall invite appropriate action against the concerned training institute Such institutes shall be blacklisted and legal action shall also be initiated if required All
